Request For Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish contract(s) through competitive negotiations for job architecture modernization. The Prince William County Public School (PWCS) Division seeks to obtain the services of qualified firm(s) capable of assisting the School Division personnel to redesign the district’s job architecture for all classified and administrative positions.PWCS seeks a future fit, skills aware job architecture that establishes standardized language to describe work, roles, and responsibilities at varying levels across the ; strengthens internal equity; supports transparent career mobility; and aligns with the PWCS Strategic Plan.
