Establish an annual contract with a qualified suppler to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies and equipment to provide equipment replacement services for sludge belt conveyors #1-3 to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the “County”) Department of Public Utilities, Water Reclamation Facility (“WRF”) located at 9101 WRVA Road, Henrico, Virginia 23231, in accordance with the Scope of Work/Services section of the solicitation.
