About this opportunity

The Work generally consists of the construction of a practice field, stormwater management system, and associated site improvements, including a detention pond, drainage infrastructure, and erosion and sediment control measures to support site development. The work also includes civil engineering, grading, and utility coordination to ensure compliance with local and state requirements while managing runoff and reducing peak discharge impacts. The scope includes but not limited to concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
