About this opportunity

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources to enter into a contract to provide Plastic, Paper, and Cardboard Recycling Services for James Madison University (JMU), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The initial contract shall be for one (1) year with an option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
