Architectural and Engineering Services for Courthouse Project

About this opportunity

To establish an agreement to provide Architectural and Engineering Services catered to the design of an expanded and renovated Cumberland County courthouse to include Architectural Services together with integrated and cooperating Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering Services, Landscape Architectural Services, Professional Surveying Services, and Construction Cost Estimating Services, as more fully defined herein. The County is interested in contracting with a full-service team led by a single architectural or engineering firm that can demonstrate an understanding of practice area expertise catered to local interests.
