About this opportunity

The Work generally consists of the conversion of an existing athletic field at Potomac High School into a synthetic turf field, including installation of sports lighting, drainage systems, retaining wall, and associated site improvements within a defined disturbance area. Work also includes demolition of existing features, grading, utility coordination, and erosion and sediment control measures to support enhanced athletic use while maintaining compliance with local regulations. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
