The Project is intended to provide a facility with a programmed capacity of 700 students at any given time. It isanticipated that there will be a morning set of classes and an evening set of classes, consisting of 700 studentseach. It will include professional services for programming, design, construction documents, special inspections,and contract administration for all building and site improvements. The design will need to incorporate support forthe installation of technology, infrastructure, and hardware being provided by other proposers to meet theDistrictâs standards.
