The Town seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a hotel feasibility study on a selection of sites within the Town limits.The Town intends to award one contract under the competitive negotiation process for non-professional services in accordance with §2.2-4302.2 of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).
