About this opportunity

This Project consists of the in-kind replacement of four 4 rooftop HVAC units RTUs at the VDOT Lockwood Building, located at 9120 Lockwood Blvd., Mechanicsville, VA 23116. The work includes replacement of roof curbs and flashing, potential structural supports, refrigerant upgrades from R-410A to R454B with integral leak detection sensors, upgraded 12 MERV 13 filters, BACnet MSTP controls integration, electrical reconnections with integral disconnects and receptacles, and lightning protection system reconnections. No internal building modifications, such as ductwork or VAV systems, are included.
