** This procurement is being conducted on a brand name basis. Only products manufactured by MDF Technologies will be accepted. Vendors must provide a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stating that they are an authorized distributor/re-seller. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the vendor�s offer being deemed non-responsive.** Evaluation Criteria 1. Technical Acceptability The Government will evaluate each quote to determine whether the offered products meet all of the requirements specified in the solicitation, including: Brand name (Baldor-Reliance) compliance.
