NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Indian Health Service, Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, MT, hereby submits a Notice of Intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract for Natural Gas Services to Commercial Energy of Montana, UEI: KZSQWC2X9M9. The sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.103-1., only one responsible source and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirements.
