This requirement is being solicited as a brand name for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Eaton Corporation parts due to direct replacement parts needing to be compatible in form, fit and function with existing system. Non-OEM parts may result in system failure and degraded performance. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
