About this opportunity
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in Fort Detrick, MD intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW RFO 12.102(a)) with NOVA Biomedical, 200 Prospect, MA 02453, as the only responsible source that can provide a NOVA Stat Profile Prime Plus VET analyzer. This is a pre-solicitation notice in accordance with RFO 5.101. While there is a wide variety of hospital and point-of-care blood gas/electrolyte analyzers for human use, there is a very limited selection available for veterinary use and multi-species applications. NOVA Biomedical is the only source that can provide this capability.
