The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals and enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with demonstrated experience in the planning, programming, design, and construction administration of collegiate athletic facilities, stadiums, and related sports venues.The selected A/E firm shall provide comprehensive professional services for the design and construction of a new baseball stadium at George Mason University's Fairfax Campus.
