About this opportunity
The scope of work includes all supervision labor, material and equipment necessary for the Repair of Burn Units damaged by fire. The three units are located at 906 St. Paul Street, 742 St. Paulâs Blvd both located in the Young Terrace community, and 825 Golf Street units 120 and 221 located in the Hunter Square Midrise apartments. Work also includes but is not limited to cleaning/odor control, painting, masonry, plastering, electrical/lighting, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, replacement of doors and hardware and the detaching and resetting of a radiator unit.
