About this opportunity

As the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary, the U.S. Mission to ASEAN (USASEAN) announces an open competition to implement the “Y-AI: Leveraging the U.S. Tech Stack for a Free and Open Indo-Pacific” workshop in Southeast Asia in February 2027. The workshop will equip up to 80 exchange alumni leaders from the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs’ Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) program with the knowledge, skills, and tools to implement and promote the U.S. AI and tech stack in their public and private policy work.
