The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: Tecniplast USA Inc. PO BOX 1209 West Chester, PA 19380 (UEI QHF3J4MS24H4). The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Tecniplast USA Inc., to schedule annual PM Service for the Tecniplast Rack Washer and Bottle Filler for the use in our Veterinary Medical unit (VMU) on floor 1 of the Freedom building (Building 44).
