This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure Fire Extinguisher Cartridges MT20 and TY60 as follows; MT20 NSN: 1377-01-660-5593 or NSN: 1377-01-263-3627 Drawing: 3205AS103, TY60 NSN: 1377-00-172-0428 or NSN: 1377-01-660-5588 Drawing: 520-174-0350. This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
