Notice of Intent for use of brand name or equal descriptions to meet requirements under section 888(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Pub. L. 114-328) as referenced in DFARS 206.103-170(c) (DFARS CD 2026-O0017, Rev. 1). SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for future Sentinel construction projects titled: “Infrastructure Utility Improvements; Consolidated Maintenance Facility (CMF); Integrated Training Center (ITC); Missile Handling Complex (MHC); Integrated Command (Wing) Center (ICC); and Operational Group Facility (OGF)” located at Malmstrom Air Force Base.
