The Town of Bowling Green, Virginia (âTownâ) is soliciting Proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide planningâlevel asset management program development and related GIS/asset management tools and staff training services for the Townâs public drinking water and wastewater systems.The services procured through this RFP are funded in part by a Virginia Department of Health (VDH) Planning and Development Grant.
