About this opportunity
Sealed bids are hereby solicited for construction of the New Terminal Site Development project at the Blue Ridge Regional Airport. Improvements include demolition & removal, excavation and embankment construction, new airfield pavement (asphalt), traffic management, erosion and sediment control, stormwater improvements, and other ancillary work associated with the project. This is a unit price contract. Bids will be received in the office of the Airport Manager, 525 Airport Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112 until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, July 16, 2026. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be open publicly and read aloud at 2:01 p.m. An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 25th, 2026 at 11 AM in the Airport Conference Room at the address above.
