PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND: The Defense Health Agency (DHA), in coordination with the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.103-170 to identify potentially qualified sources capable of fulfilling the Global Patient Movement Capability requirement described herein. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research and information planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred by respondents in response to this notice.
