Pre-Solicitation Notice Notice of Intent to Sole Source USNS Comfort T-AH 20 requires calibration services for its 90 Biomedical Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) to maintain operational readiness and ensure patient safety. Without these services, the equipment will not be certified, resulting in a break in service and a failure to meet healthcare standards. Furthermore, medical equipment that does not have a concurrent service history is deemed unsafe, not recommended for patient use and will affect mission readiness plus operational capabilities.
