The MCIEast, Regional Contracting Office, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp (MCB) Lejeune, North Carolina requires Substance Abuse Control Officer Management Services to provide the government administrative, logistical, and technical support services to the II Marine Expiditionary Force Support Battalion (II MSB) uniformed, appointed Substance Abuse Control Officer.
