The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm fixed delivered unit price requirements contract with one or more qualified vendors for the procurement of Breakfast Totes for Prince William County Public Schools. For the purpose of this solicitation, Prince William County Public Schools is the contracting entity and is also herein referred to as the School Food Authority, SFA when referencing its school nutrition program operations.
