This Ammendment results in a change of the Statement of Work, specifically paragraph 1 under Instrumentation. The change is as follows: The contractor shall obtain and deliver one new or used (must be operational) Williams F112 engine suitable for ground testing in accordance with this SOW. The engine shall include mounts adapted to the thrust stand rails.
