This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-l(d). The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Sole Source, Fixed Price contract to Spika Design and Manufacturing (CAGE: 4AC84) for the procurement of Quantity 4 H-1Z Maintenance Platform Sets (PN 110346) in support of the H-1 Czech Foreign Military Sales program. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for this action.
