Sources Sought Kansas City District Real Estate Information Database Subscription The Kansas City District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (NWK) has a requirement to procure actual confirmed and personally verified web-based nationwide real estate sales and lease market data for vacant lands and improved properties of all types (residential, commercial, industrial, retail, office, mixed-use, multifamily and special use properties), in order for the staff appraiser to provide valuation services in support of NWK.
