M., local time, November 17, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 703 River Bend Road, Amerson Water Treatment Plant, Administration Building Lobby, Macon, GA at 10:00 A.M. on November 3, 2026.
