DOER is seeking proposals for expert consultants to assist in the development and program design of a front of the meter distributed energy resources program proposal pursuant to 35-A MRS section 3209-I. A copy of the RFP and all related documents can be obtained through Vendor Self Service (VSS), search for RFP # 202601010. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of State Procurement Services, via VSS. Proposal submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, on March 6, 2026 at 4pm.
