Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the structure and timing of a potential Request for Proposals (RFP) related to offshore wind predevelopment funding opportunities. Responses to the Request for Information (RFI) will assist NYSERDA in considering the appropriate role of the State in providing support to the industry, the structure of potential interventions, and the conditions under which such efforts could deliver the greatest public value.
