Field Verification and Reporting of Public and Private Service Lines

About this opportunity

The Contractor shall�provide meter pit inspection services to identify�and record the material of both the public (utility-owned) and private (customer-owned) service�lines. The Contractor is to�determine�the service�line material�entering�and leaving the meter pit�as far away from the connection to the meter as possible�for all meters serving each address provided. The actual number of inspections�required�will be�determined�by the County�s service�line inventory model and may be less than the maximum estimated quantity. The County does not guarantee any minimum quantity of inspections. Payment shall be made only for completed and accepted inspections�actually performed, as part of DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management�s (DWM�s) service�line material inventory efforts.�
