Brunswick-Glynn Joint Water and Sewer Commission (hereinafter referred to as �Owner�) is soliciting proposals from qualified Progressive Design-Build (PDB) teams for the rehabilitation or replacement of three (3) complete electrical systems at JWSC Water Production Facilities and construction, installation, and programming of nineteen (19) previously designed SCADA remote terminal units (RTUs) at Water Production Facilities and Elevated Storage Tanks throughout Glynn County.
