The City of Stonecrest (�City�) is seeking qualified and experienced Bidder, herein after referred to as (�Contractor�) to respond to a fixed (one-time) project for the Pour-In-Place Playground Surface Project. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Construction Invitation to Bid (�CITB�). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, tools, supervision, transportation, machinery and other incidentals necessary to perform the work requested herein and typical of these types of projects.
