About this opportunity
We are seeking a G.C. to serve as Construction Manager (CM) for this HVAC project: The work might include all typical construction trades, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition, painting, floor covering, other finishes, as well as ADA compliance work and local ordinance compliance work for each campus. The services will consist of cost estimating, constructability analysis and scheduling and phasing of the work and construction, which may proceed concurrently. The CM will assist the School District and it�s Architect in finalizing the phasing and scheduling of the work and value engineering of the Project.
