The City of Douglasville (the Owner) is seeking firms interested in providing building commissioning services for a project known as Douglasville City Hall located in downtown Douglasville, Georgia at 6695 Church St. The project consists of the demolition of the existing City Hall along with two additional connecting buildings, and the new construction of a three-story 41,641 SF City Hall Building.
