Who can apply
The general vendor Statement of Qualifications deadline was August 26, 2026 at 5 p.m. Eastern. Later applications are considered on a rolling basis only when the vendor applies with a partner school or district for an eligible project. Vendors do not need to be incorporated in Massachusetts. Submit one PDF containing the statement of qualifications and required attachments using the program application instructions. Already-qualified vendors only need to apply for additional technical-assistance scopes.
