PON 6037 – Phase II NYSERDA’s Clean Heat for All: Window Heat Pump Demonstration Program provides up to $10 million in incentives to support the installation and performance monitoring of cold-climate packaged window heat pumps (PWHPs) in multifamily buildings across New York State. Through a two-phase structure, the Program, under Phase One, qualifies manufacturers and vendors whose PWHP products meet technical and installation standards; then, under Phase Two, provides cost-share incentives for demonstration projects that validate the products’ real-world performance. The program aims to accelerate adoption of PWHPs as an efficient, scalable heating electrification retrofit solution.
