About this opportunity
The Target Range Grant Program provides funding for the planning, development and construction of target ranges that provide recreational access to the general public. The Target Range Grant Program uses a two-phase grant approach; Phase I – Planning Grant and Phase II – Construction Grant. The Phase II – Construction Grant will not be awarded until all activities in the Phase I – Planning Grant are complete. Target Range Grant awards reimburse up to 90% of eligible project costs and require 10%
