About this opportunity
In order to promote housing opportunities throughout Rhode Island, EOH has allocated $20 million dedicated to affordable homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income households. After a successful first round of funding, approximately $12.5 million of the $20 million homeownership allocation remains for Round 2. The Housing 2030 Entry Level Homeownership Program strives to create this opportunity for households that otherwise have not had access to this crucial means of increasing household prosperity and intergenerational wealth.
