EOH is issuing this Request for Proposals pursuant to an additional Housing 2030 Municipal Neighborhood Revitalization Program which is open only to municipalities, municipal redevelopment agencies, and other municipal public bodies. The intent of the program is to catalyze transformational acquisition and redevelopment of blighted properties by local governments that would otherwise not easily be redeveloped without public investment. To deliver on the goal of spurring a genuinely “transformational” project or projects, EOH envisions an opportunity to create hundreds or even thousands of new residential units, commercial and social amenities, as well as significant open space and recreational uses.
