Broward Cultural Division’s Public Art & Design Program is seeking to create a pool of conservation specialists to engage in the repair, restoration or conservation of public artworks included in its public art collection. The conservation specialists could be artists, artist-team or vendors with expertise in the conservation and renovation of public artworks. Considering that public art in South Florida is highly vulnerable to the effects of weather conditions and environments, conservation specialists should be based in South Florida and familiar with material and techniques best suited for the Florida environment.
