About this opportunity
The FY 2024 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) supports the continued strengthening of cybersecurity practices and resilience of state, local, and territorial (SLT) governments to assist with managing and reducing systemic cyber risk. Through funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), the SLCGP enables the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to make targeted cybersecurity investments in SLT government agencies, thus improving the security of critical infrastructure and improving the resilience of the services SLT governments provide their community.
