As contracted QIs are expected to maintain independence, they cannot be employed by or affiliated with child welfare placing agencies (county or Tribal), residential treatment facilities or private placing agencies. They are also precluded from involvement in making placement decisions for children in the child welfare system, including acting as foster parents or guardians ad litem. Due: Solicitation is ongoing. Applications accepted as long as funding is available.
