Who can apply
Land and building acquisition,building renovation and new construction, machinery and equipment acquisition and installation, designated infrastructure refinancing (of bonds that were also tax-exempt initially), and working capital. Loans no less than $400,000. Up to 100% of project costs. Terms: For tax-exempt projects, the term of the loan cannot exceed 120% of the depreciable life of the assets. Interest rates are based on market conditions. A $500 fee due at time of application is to be credited against the issuance fee when the project closes. All applications must be submitted online by an Industrial Development Authority (IDA) or Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), which is the “Applicant”.
