The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) Defense Capability Accelerator (CapX) intends to utilize the Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) procedures throughout Fiscal Year 2026.
