501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations (not private foundations). Organizations described under IRS Section 501(c)(3) or 170(c). Work must be implemented within the 81-county Episcopal Diocese of Texas service area. Eligible organization types include community-based groups, service providers, policy advocates, collaborative networks, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), FQHC Look-Alikes, and Local Mental Health Authorities (LMHAs). New and existing EHF partners are invited to apply; contact Program Officer before submitting a LOI for new or pilot projects. One LOI per organization per cycle
