Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing opportunities in youth sports, creating new pathways for girls to lead, compete, and experience the benefits of athletics. As momentum continues to grow, including the expansion of girls flag at the high school and collegiate levels, the RCX Sports Foundation is committed to helping communities build sustainable programs that welcome more girls into the game. Through the Girls Flag Starter Kit Grant, the RCX Sports Foundation will distribute 1,000 flag football kits nationwide to schools, nonprofits, and youth organizations launching or expanding girls flag programs.
