Who can apply
The Indianapolis Colts Club Network NFL FLAG Participation Grant offers financial assistance for Colts Club Network participants only. A parent or legal guardian of the participant must complete the application to be considered for this grant. The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application. Funding is only provided for participants of Indianapolis Colts Club Network programs and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs. Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations. To be eligible for financial assistance, your annual household income must be less than the Indiana state median average of $70,051*, and the participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC.
