Application Acknowledgments: The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application. Funding is only provided for participants of NFL FLAG programs in MICHIGAN and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs. The American Coney Island Fund has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support. Incomplete applications will automatically be declined.
